At Stevens-Koenig, we are currently involved in two "green" campaigns. One is where we save our environment; the other is where we save "green" in your firm’s bottom line. We want to reduce your transcript costs by $.25 per page… IF you help us save some trees. When you allow us to send your transcripts in an electronic format, without sending you a printed hard copy, you will receive the substantial savings of $.25 cents per page per deposition. This is not a one-time, one-deposition offer. It's for every day, every deposition. Exhibits would be attached and linked into an E-Bundle and, if you find you need a hard copy later, it can be printed from the electronic file. Hard copy originals will still be delivered to the taking attorney after the 30-day period has passed for reading and signing.
